Essence sources sustainable seafood from Santa Monica Seafood that not only provides a vast array of seafood options, but also the freshest most wholesome products with a commitment to protecting our precious ocean resources.

Another product at Essence is Red Bird Farms antibiotic free chicken that are fed an all vegetarian diet. Red Bird Farms chickens are  healthy and clean as they are raised cage free and without hormones or steroids. The gourmet chicken is hand cut resulting in an incredibly  juicy product.

Essence offers local beer, wine, spirits and craft beers that rotates seasonally. Our wine list highlights women owned wineries and winemakers to support the advancement of women in the beverage industry. We feature local musicians that add to the ambiance in the intimate setting and provide a venue for students to get experience preforming in a restaurant setting. Essence is working closely with high schools and colleges providing an opportunity for students to enhance their knowledge in the industry with hands on experience.

​ESSENCE COMMUNITY

Essence prides itself in being involved in the community. ​ Jason and Julia are members of the American Legion Post 6 in Prescott,  where they sharing their talent of cooking and volunteer in the kitchen. For the last two years, they have prepared meals for the Veterans Potluck, which honors vets for their service, Sunday breakfast and holiday dinners helping to contribute to the work the American Legion does in the community.

Essence will also donate 10% of the sales of their HOT SHOT BURGER to the Wade Parker Memorial Fund. The WPMF  awards public & athletic scholarships each year to students looking to further their education through athletics or pursuing a career in public safety.  They also support local youth/high school athletic programs and various community projects.
